Shipping Policy

At Julaby, customer satisfaction is our priority. We work with trusted suppliers to ensure quality, but we understand that issues can arise. Below, you'll find our guidelines for returns, refunds, and product warranties.

 

We stand by the quality of our products. However, as all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product upon arrival

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Printing errors

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

No returns are needed — we’ll either reprint your item or issue a refund to your original payment method.
